So if your weather is like mine, it’s not quite warm enough to go swimming outside yet, but you probably CAN get outside and walk or go for a bike ride!This week’s challenge is to take your workout outside at least 3 times this week!
Even if you aren’t a runner or serious biker, you can easily get a little exercise with an enjoyable walk first thing in the morning or after dinner, or maybe pull that bike out of storage and take off with your kids after school!
Switching up your routine, soaking up some Vitamin D and enjoying the fresh air will improve your health AND your attitude – so go for it!
