I like to end the year strong! With all the holidays, parties and vacation days in the next two months, it’s very easy to let regular exercise slip – when really this is the time we need it the most! So, this month, one of my main focus areas will be exercise.
Goals for November:
- Exercise – cardio, strength and flexibility
- How to make it work
- Healthier holiday food – some yummy recipes to replace the unhealthier versions
- Building relationships (friends and family)
