Monday – chili, cornbread and sauteed squash
Tuesday – pan fried shrimp, polenta
Wednesday – french onion soup, kale salad
Thursday – out to eat
Friday – homemade pizza
Saturday – meatballs, brussel sprouts
Sunday – steak, mushrooms, salad
I’m also making baked oatmeal for breakfast this week, and a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for a treat!
