This is always a tough time of the year.  Spring isn’t here yet, and we are getting so tired of winter!

A great way to ENJOY, not just get through these last few weeks before the weather gets really nice is to shake up your routine!

So this week’s challenge is to try something new!

Try Something New!

Why?

Several reasons.  Change is good for us.  It’s easy to become complacent and follow the same routine day after day.  Trying something new will inject some energy into your life and help remind you that there are plenty of challenges and fun new experiences left to try.  It’s also smart to step outside your comfort zone once in a while.  You’ll never accomplish all you are capable of by playing it safe and never trying anything new!

How?

This is the fun part.  Is there anything you’ve always wanted to do but never tried it?  Maybe it felt scary?  Or maybe you just haven’t taken the time to really investigate the steps you need to take.  Even if nothing specific comes to mind right away, take a few moments and think about it.  How about a fun new sport?  Or a craft or class you’d like to take.  Even mixing up the daily routine might be all you need to get your creative juices flowing again.  In other words, whatever you pick is irrelevant – the point is you are trying something new for YOU.  And that is how we grow.
