Just for fun I thought I’d do a video blog with this week’s challenge, so check it out:

 

Do you do crunches regularly?  I know that I’ll often wait until the end of the workout to do them and then I am in a rush to be done and just don’t work those abs.  So by starting each day with a few, you KNOW you’ll get it done!
