Ready for a super easy, elegant and delicious dip?  sun dried dip

Sun Dried Tomato and Chive Dip

1 cup cream cheese (organic and full fat preferably)

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2-3 T chives (or green onions), chopped

sea salt

freshly cracked pepper

Step one:  Mix the cream cheese with the tomatoes and chives – add a few T of milk if you need to thin it out a bit to mix well.

Step two:  Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This would also be delicious with kalamata olives and/or roasted red peppers mixed in.  Enjoy – perfect with Triscuits and veggies
