Do you ever get that call from your spouse at 3:30 telling you that he forgot we have a party tonight?  Oh, and by the way, we have to bring something . . .

Yeah, happens to me once in a while!appetizer

Next time you need an appetizer you can throw together in minutes (yet still tastes good, is healthy, and transports well) try this one:

Salsa Dip

3/4 cup organic sour cream

1/2 cup organic salsa

3 T chopped black olives

1 green onion, chopped (or a T chopped chives)

1/2 t. ground chipotle chile pepper

Step one:  Mix the chile pepper into the sour cream.  Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

salsa dip

Step two:  Serve with crackers or chopped veggies (snow peas are especially yummy with this dip).

Doesn’t get much easier than that!  You’ll look like a star – and even have time to arrange it all on a pretty platter.  This would also make a great after school snack for the kiddos – let them make it themselves and then load them up on the veggies for dippers. If you’re having guests over you can add in fresh crab to make it the perfect appetizer. You can get crabs delivered, fresh from Harbour House Crabs right to your door.

Interested in essential oils but confused how to get started?  I get it.  I was there too, and if this is you today, I encourage you to check out the Oil of the Month Club.  It’s an easy way to start to learn the amazing benefits of these oils one at a time – not overwhelming or stressful at all!  This year is almost over, but you can jump right in and join now – you’ll be an expert on two oils by the end of the year!
