PanAway smells great (thanks to the wintergreen and peppermint) and it is enjoyable to use. Here are MY favorite uses:
- In a massage – once you’ve had a massage with a few drops of PanAway mixed in the oil, you’ll never want to go back to regular massages!
- On achy muscles. This is where PanAway really shines. I have a shoulder injury that causes me pain on a regular basis. Frequent massages keep it in check, but inbetween I count on PanAway along with a hot compress to ease the pain.
- Earache – putting a few drops of PanAway behind the ear does a terrific job of easing earache pain.
Interested in essential oils but feeling overwhelmed? I get it – I felt the same way, but one of my goals for 2013 was to learn about essential oils and determine which ones are best for my family. After research, I decided upon Young Living – I am comfortable with the oils, I love that most of them are safe for ingestion and I like the way the company distills and tests their oils.
Once I selected a brand to use, I STILL felt overwhelmed. I mean, where do you start? That is where the Oil of the Month Club comes in. It’s a terrific way to learn about the oils one at a time (much less stressful) as well as get together with a wonderful group of oil users – perfect when you need to ask a question or resolve an answer. If you are interested in essential oils, I highly encourage you to check out the club. The year is almost over, but you can still participate for November and December and then if you are enjoying it, we’ll start-up again in January with a new set of oils. Don’t feel like you have to buy them all at first – I didn’t. Purchasing a few oils here and there has created a nice little supply for our family – I now feel confident I have an oil for just about every situation.
