I’m Pam, and I’m a coach for busy working moms who love their kids, but feel tired, stressed out and overwhelmed. They want to do it all but can’t find enough hours in the day. I help them balance family, health and work so that they can go to sleep each night feeling fulfilled and guilt-free.
As a busy work-at-home mom of two little ones, I know how out of control life can get – and with seventeen years of corporate America under my belt, I also understand how important it is to keep all the aspects of our life in balance.
A few years after my kids were born, I realized I had lost my energy and enthusiasm for life. At first, I thought it was just a side effect of a lack of sleep, too much to do, and getting older. I tried accepting it as my new norm, but soon realized I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life struggling through each day.
Just as my littlest one entered Kindergarten, I decided I needed to make some changes – I needed to find my zest for life again. After much contemplation, I enrolled in a health coaching course and did a complete overhaul of how I managed my health and well-being.
Today I have plenty of energy to keep up with the demands of my kids and job by enjoying delicious and healthy foods, staying active and living each day to the fullest.
I feel so much better each and every day, and I want that for other women. When I see other busy moms dragging themselves through each day, slogging around trying to get it all done without enjoying the wonderful lives they have, it makes me sad. I want to show them that it IS possible to enjoy the life they have today, right now. To teach them the steps they need to take to create a life they are excited to wake up to each day. To know that they go to sleep at night feeling grateful and fulfilled.
Thanks to my years of training I have the skills I need to live a life I love, AND the skills to help you find YOUR perfect balance.
After all, isn’t that what we all want out of life? To enjoy it. Appreciate it. Feel good about how we are spending it.
